Our practice is private pay, and all services are self-pay/out of pocket. While we do not accept or bill insurance directly, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed, and it is your responsibility to verify your out-of-network benefits and submit any required paperwork to your insurance provider.
